If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined exchange process ensures you find the perfect match for your style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the watch you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it within a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
